✿ End of November ✿

Omg ~ I can't believe that it's December tomorrow ... Time flies .... 2012 is approaching ... I felt like I ate a lot in this November ... Whatever ... Anyway ... Going to be X'mas --> New Year --> Chinese New Year ...



Rabbit year is going to end soon ... 
If there's something that still left behind ...
Faster te get in DONE !

The Making of Longan Pudding




1. Prepare these ingredients before start making mouthful pudding ~  XPP
* Wash the agar-agar stripes before cook *


2. Don't forget the most IMPORTANT things ! * Moulds *
Any moulds will DO ...


3. Cook 1.5 litres of water in a pot till boiled ...
Then , put in the agar-agar stripes ( 1 packet ) till melt ..


4. Pour in the 2 cans of Carnation Evaporated milk into the pot ...
5. Cook till it boil again ...


6. Pour them into the moulds ...
Not too full coz you still need to put in the longans into it ...

7. Wait it to cool down before you put inside the fridge ... ^^
8. You can served it to your family members or friends after it's cool !
